Now that the holy – weekend is over we can relax and put our brain cells to work on something else.
Strange how we always go through the same process every year and work our asses off just to make sure that everything will be just fine. Is it worth the stress and all the energy we put in just to hear some of the guests say; “oh, how nice you have here”, “oh, this is a nicest meal I’ve ever had”, “oh my god, look at decorations” and then some old lady ask you “did you do all that by yourself”? No, I don’t think it’s worth the effort and as far as old lady’s remark f... it man, what did she think; my mother dug herself up from grave so she could help me or maybe Jesus itself stopped by to give me a hand? After all, it’s his party and who’d know better to prepare it than he himself.
Weird thing is that most of people are not even believers and despite that they go through all that work.
What bothers me the most is that no one, ever, have attention of staying a little bit longer just to help out with dishes or cleaning up the shit. It’s worse than sex; preparation – foreplay, graciously servicing – actual act of sex, being nice to all when they’re leaving – being nice to partner and finally which is exactly the same – cleaning the mess.
Next year I’ll make sure to do somewhat like this:

Friday – fish and chips
Saturday – Chinese chicken noodles
Sunday – lam kebab, from near by pizzeria
Monday – hotdogs with a can of white beans in tomato sauce

PÅSK (Easter) comes from the Armenic "pascha" and the Hebrew "pesach"
The Jews celebrated Pesach in memory of Exodus ... only Christian people connect Eater to Jesus death and passover. Mening this weekend has not so much with "believes", as with history.
In Swedish ethology (folktro) it was all about witches on brooms gathering in BLÅKULLA. (THAT we have to believe in.) :-D
But, I surely agree upon the food-hysteria --- I don't like any of those stupid habits, and it is sick when other people in the world are starving.
What, where and why really doesn’t matter, the point is that we get extra days off from work ”lol”
Sure it’s awful to see; food overflowing on one side and nothing but emptiness on the other. :-(
Grasshopper...
I dont want to be with out the egg. I love to paint them...*LOL*
