I have a family member who is transgender - born a girl, but is actually a boy in a girls body. And I'm here to tell you HE is going thru a lot of shit!!
Is taking hormones, but cannot afford to buy a penis - so I'm not sure just how this will work, but HE has a girl friend.

My sympathies are with your family member but he doesn't need a lot of money for a 'penis' he needs a miracle. The ability to create a convincing penis isn't a reality and what can be constructed, from phalloplasty isn't functional for sex. Incidentally by a lot of the remarks here I'd say that a lot of the commentators have a long way to go before they have the maturity of women. More like sniggering giggling girls.
